Nikon Comedy Wildlife Award – People’s Choice Award Now Open for Public Vote

As you might read here on the blog, I made it as a finalist to the Nikon Comedy Wildlife Award. The overall winner and category winners were announced yesterday.
I am not one of the winners. My photo was just not good enough for that compared to the amazing photos the other contestants submitted. It surprised me to even make it into the finals and become one of the 43 finalists.
The winners of the Nikon Comedy Wildlife Award were selected by a panel of judges.
There is still one more category open which has no winner yet. It is the People’s Choice Award. This is a public vote and anyone can participate. It is sponsored by Sterna.
The voting is now open and will run until March 1st, 2026.
Everyone who votes can enter the drawing of a £500 cash price or vote without entering.
If you select to enter the drawing for the cash price, you sign up for the mailing list and your email will be shared with the sponsor of the cash price – Sterna.
Voting required you to enter your email address and you will receive a confirmation link in your inbox shortly after, which you need to click to have your vote count.
Congratulations to all the winners. The honor is well deserved. Their images are outstanding and made me smile.
It is great to see the funny side of nature as well.
