Phases of Construction Photography

Choose what phases you need coverage for. I am available for each individual phase or multiple phases throughout the project.

Pre-Construction Photography

These photos are mainly used for documentation purposes.  Companies want to capture what the site looked like before the project began. These type of photos can also be helpful for insurance purposes. The focus of these photos is mainly the site itself and the surroundings. Photos can also be used for a before/after comparison when the project is finished.

Pre-Construction photos can also include the mobilization onto the job site.

Progress Photography

These photos are taken during the construction phase of the project. Let me help you to highlight the progress of your project, your site, employees and equipment. Depending on the needs and requirements we can take this photos during regular operation or stage photos, if requested by the marketing department.

Final Photography

Let me help you showcase the “final product” in the best light possible. No matter if it is just a foundation for a skyscraper or a completed building. These photos can be used for documentation purposes, marketing, awards, and publications. Let me help you create a portfolio of images worth hanging on the wall in your office.

Drone and Aerial Photography

Aerial photos can help give you an overview of the site. They can be taken during different phases of the project. Aerial photos are perfect for larger projects or if you want to show the surroundings of your site. Air traffic regulations and restrictions of your projects location determine if a drone can be used or if the site’s location requires a helicopter or plane.

It is important to use an FAA-licensed professional photographer. Let me help you to plan the requirements for such a photoshoot.

Virtual Tours

Virtual Tours of the project can be created at any time of the construction process. These tours can be used for walkthroughs of the project to give the office an overview of the project as well as sharing it with the client. A tour of the finished project can be used for documentation purposes as well as marketing.

Marketing Photos

Your marketing department may wants branded photos showing employees or equipment in action, portraits of people on-site and more to use for the company’s website, email, social media and other marketing material.
